    I have a Pinnacle PCTV with Remote Control, i look for a good software for control diferents software with this IR, can tell me the best option ?

    Please check out Girder at http://www.girder.nl/. Not sure if it supports PCTV remote. I have tried out the WinLirc simple receiver with Girder with Igor plug-in to control Winamp. It works. But you must be able to get the component for the circuit especially the 38KHz IR receiver module. Please check out this website for the IR circuit http://www.lirc.org/receivers.html. This receiver will sure work with your PCTV remote or anyother IR remote.
