MP3 split, track/skip.

I have a continuos mp3 track, about 1 hour. How can I add tracks, stop in ot so i ca skip through the audio when being played in a cd player. i.e next song.

the way i do this is use NERO as my burner software where you can split tracks.

add the mix then right click on it and goto properties, there you can listen to it and split to individual tracks and then you specify that there is a gap of 0 (zero) seconds inbetween each track.
