    Does anyone have a way to create cell phone ring tones?

    A midi editor? Most phones take MIDI (polyphonic or momophomic).

    I use the "Polyphonic Wizard" from Coding Workshop to transfer midi files to my Motorola phone as Ringtones. You load the midi into the software and it gives you a http address which you type into the phones web browser. See the link below for more details:

    Also Mr Bass has a guide to creating and transferring Ringtones on his (highly recommended) site:
