    Hi!
First of all, sorry for my bad english! I hope you understand what i'm writing! I'm going to buy a portable DVD-player with a built in screen 7".
There is a jungle out there so i need all the help i can get.
I have been looking at these 2 players:
    Next Base SDV17-A http://www.next-base.com/new/product-sdv1.htm and
    Shinco SDP-1720 http://en.shinco.com/product/viewpro...catalog_id=434

Some questions to the owners of these players.
    How is the picture?
    The sound?
    The battery time?

    ( i need a player that handles DVD+R/RW discs)

  3. I actually picked one up. I picked up a toshiba sdp12008. it played everything that I've thrown at it so far. battery life is about 3 hours and 4 hours to charge. I might have that mixed up. good thing is it comes with a car adaptor, ac pluc, and cables to hook up to a tv and such. two headphone ports, video out. the bad part is I'm not too keen on the heat it puts out. it's not a dvd player you'll want on your lap... unless it's winter. it was 499 canadian when I bought it.

Thanks for your input, but i'm still more interested in a Nextbase player.
Do all portable DVD-players get so warm?

    Dude!!!

    You are freaking annoying!!!!

Why don't you buy one, try it out, and if you like it, keep it. If you don't return it.

Don't you think this is a bit more proactive rather than begging people in this forum for information nobody seems to have.
