dv avi type-1 to type-2 lossless conversion batch tool

I'm looking for a tool that'll be able to convert dv avi type-1 to type-2 without loosing quality and would be simple enough to be used in scripts, for example:
$ tool input_type_1.avi > output_type_2.avi

do You know such tool ?

with DV Type 1 to DV Type 2 Converter can you open several dv avis and convert all. don't know if you can use any commands for it though.
