help with mjpeg tools

Hi!
I am trying to fix the famous:

"[mpeg2enc] Could not read YUV4MPEG2 header : system error (failed read/write)!"

that I receive when I try to make my Still Images.

I read the posts of the forum and I think I understand that I have to download the 1.6.0rc2 and replace the 1.6.1 that I have.

Well, here is the point:
I download from vcdeasy.org a "mjpegtools-1.6.0-beta1.tar.gz" file and I dont know what to do with it.
I try to replace the mjpegtools folder in the VcdEasy folder but then, the program gives me an error.
I dont know how to do it to have still Images.
Can some help me please?

Hi!
Are you using the latest version of VCDEasy?

Suggest you uninstall VCDEasy and then reinstall it, but select MjpegTools 1.6.0 instead. They are both included in the setup file. This is for v 2.0.1 of VCDEasy, but I'm assuming that 2.0.2 also contain both versions of MjpegTools.

I have the same problem. I am using the version 1.1.5.2 (last freeware). After reading messages on this forum, it usually occurs on win 98 which I am using. Have anybody figure out what to fix this problem yet?
