RCA DRC240N DivX player - competition for the Philips 642?

Hi,

Does anyone know about this player? It was part of the announcement RCA made about it's new line of DVD players, but sort of got drowned out amid the controversy over the Clearplay "censoring" dvd player. It appears to be a slot - loading model that will be able to play Divx and Mpeg-4 video, and from what I can see it's supposed to come out before the end of April (which is two days away). Pricing seems to be comparable to the Philips model.

Here are some links...any other info or comments (I've never owned an RCA player before) would be welcome. I'm curious which chipset this player might have.

buy.com has it for $77 and "on order". I don't seem to find much more about it.
