If I run the movie in winamp, while looking at the subtitles open in notepad, the timestamps are OK, absolute perfect. But when I then try to add the subtitles with VirtualDub and TMPGEnc, as I've done with many movies before, the subtitles don't fit any more?
Anyone ? TIA
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

THX a lot for your suggestion, but while looking for framrates, I tried to use TextSub 2.23 ( Gabest ) instead of subtitler ( Avery Lee ) in VirtualDub, and that did the trick.
