DVD Chapter extraction to SVCD - How??

I would like to know how to carry across and burn the chapter information when I extract a DVD using SmartRipper. I am using DVD2AVI and TMPGenc to do the MPEG2. I want the chapter info encoded into my MPEG2. How??

Before posting:
1. Read the guides on this site (look at the menu on the left)

If you used smartripper, you should have a text file saying where the chapters are. You can use that information to add entrypoints when you author your SVCD to make chapters.
