Authoring NTSC 23.97fps internal 29.97fps...HELP

Major Prob..
have followed all the guides
Have now smooth NTSC Mpeg2 DVD format
But Tmpgenc won't author it..
I've been at this 2 weeks now
PLEASE PLEASE HELP

help us to help you, we need much more detail on how you produced the mpeg and encoder settings used as well as any error messages TmpGenc DVDA is giving you otherwise we would just be guessing.

But it's ntsc film movie
done everything in the posts..
i've read something about flags
Now i can change these in tmpgenc
but not sure

It sounds like you need to set the 3:2 pulldown flags. You can do this in TmpGenc but if you have already encoded you can use pulldown.exe (and its gui) to do this to the .m2v file.

i got the puldown .exe
but when i executed it it just flashed up
and did nothing
is it software you can use or does it execute in the registry

It is a command line app. If you don't know how to use command line apps I believe there is a available gui for it.

can you help with this..

This pulldown exe programme..do I just add the mpeg 2 file and it will add it & then can I author it.......
