  2. it's best to convert using a program like TMPGEnc which will let you convert 384x288 to 352x288 while preserving the aspect ratio. Under the advanced tab make sure your video arrange method is set to "Full Screen (keep aspect ratio)" and it will come out good. You will get small black boarders but thats necessary to keep the movie from looking stretched or squished
