    Hello, I want to replace my old (4 years) Phillips DVD player. It will not play any of my DVD R+ backups. It plays the RW+ though. Weird...
    Anyway can anyone recommend a good progressive scan dvd player that will play these formats? Iam not as concerned about being able to play the "-" format. Thanks

    I use Pioneer's from Walmart. Decent name brand, low price, plays everything I throw at it.
