DVD Shrink Error "Video_TS\VTS_02_1.VOB"

This is the third time this has happened when I use DVD Shrink to open a file. I used deamon tools to open the Image file. Converted it with DVDDecryptor. In the past I used IfoEdit to create new IFO files but I still get this error.
