DVDx ERROR - Creating VCD - Help

I was trying to rip a DVD but when i try open the "DVD Root" i got a error message:
"DVDx ERROR"
"auth.dll: Cant Authenticate Drive"
"Disk may be not locked"

The video opens perfectly so when i try Start the process the Audio of my movie is getting cut.

All DVDs are NTSC

have anyone idea about that?
what happened?

Are you doing this from the hard drive or from the dvd player?

If it's from the HD - It's normal, just 'ok' the error and ignore it.

If it's from the dvd player then play the movie for a minute or so with your software movie player, then try DvdX again.

Don't forget to tick audio/video sync....
