  1. I know this is the VCDEasy forum, however I have been unable to find answers elsewhere. I am encoding non-standard VCD's and whatever I do the filesize does not change - I set the bitrate to give me an 80mb file so that I can fit approximately 10 videos of this size on a CD-R but the resulting file is always 110mb - even if I half the bitrate down to about 300kbps the filesize still comes out as 110mb. Does anyone know why this is happening?
