[color=red]Burned dvd-r sticks on chapter 4[/color]

I recentley bought an optorite dd0201 and started to burn -R traxdata dvds and noticed with every copy it sticks on chapter 4 during the film and then spits it out off my bush dvd player in the living room but it plays fine on the computer.
I am using dvd decrypter (latest version) to decode it and DVD2One to shrink it and winondvd 6 pro to burn.
I have never had this problem with my old pioneer but that died recentley.
If any1 has any idea what is causeing this i would be greatful for any advice.
