In the DVD player section on the left, there is a field called "Multisystem/PAL to NTSC/NTSC to PAL", which i think states whether the DVD player is capable of converting from NTSC-PAL or PAL-NTSC signals in case of DVDs.
As far as i know, the Sony players and most "name" brand players do not support this conversion. But the DVD Player section shows that almost all the players support the feature. Moreover, sometimes some peaple say that a certain player supports conversion while others say that the same player doesn't support it.Why is it so?
