    Hey All,
    Im looking to purchase a reasonable player for Dvix, especially Xvid. The problem is that a lot of the times I look up players, they are either way out of date or they are made in someplace I dont have access to. Im willing to look at different ways to play these on the tv.

    Any one got any suggestions?

    XBox+modchip(or a softmod will work)+XBMP. You can then actually play avi(divx-Xvid) right off a cdrw or copy(ftp) to the xbox hard drive.
