    Is it possible to make menus for a divx film like a dvd?

    No. Eh, well, that depends on what you are gonna watch the DivX on. For computer use, any "autorun" CD menu creator will work (or your own programming skills), for standalone DivX players, there has to be some kind of support for a menu in the player if you want that - there's no standard like for Video DVD that works generally.
