Chapter markers for DVDs

I know I've been posting a lot lately, so I apologize, but I just have all these questions!

I'm trying to convert some of my expensive DVDs (LOTR box sets) using the DVD>DVD4 option. I have DVD Studio Pro 1.5, and I'd like to take the resulting mpg video and ac3 files and make a simple project with chapters. But, it's ridiculously tedious having to use the DVD Player and click every chapter and type them all somewhere.. So, is there some way I can see a list of a DVD's chapters? I thought 0Sex had it, but it just shows the duration of each chapter. If there's some resource, program, website, etc that shows where chapter marks are for DVDs, it would be awesome.
