ogm help

well, i have a ogm here and i want to encode it
the ogm just plays fine in vlc and mplayer (with subtitles!!), well when i want to encode it it doesnt load teh subtitles, even if i turn them on, it just encodes it to avi with no subtitles, fmpegx also says "load_subs_failed" or something like that. can someone help please?

why do you want to encode an already encoded OGM?

its just, when i try to encode it with subs it says load_subs_failed or someting like that, but the need to be in there!

no, what i meant was, are you trying to play it on a different player? or are just going to watch it on your computer?

So your DVD player plays Avi's? If you want to encode it, you are going to have to extract the .srt file. Then select it in the Laod Subs box.

okay, the subs work now but they are... like Big, not big, but like Big! can you help me again with this one?
