    Is there any way to record a live video stream or audio stream.

    For example a internet radio station, or ram file for real player?

    Maybe CamStudio will do the trick for you. I downloaded it and fiddled with it a bit but couldn't get it to save a file on my system, but other people seem to be able to use it and like it.

    Don't know about videos streams but Audacity or a similar recoder will capture audio streams
