HAS ANYONE TRIED A DVD-RW IN A PANASONIC RECORDER

I was just curious and has anyone attempt it? And it was just a curiosity question..

It will Play on DMR-HS2 and should play on newer generations (DMR-E80...E100).

You can't, of course write to a RW.

Although not officially supported, DVD-RW plays fine on my older DMR-E30 as well.

I've heard of a few people actually writing to DVD-RW on the E80 and it worked fine. BUT they could no longer blank the DVD-RW so it basically turns into a more expensive DVD-R.
