  1. I know this question has been asked before in some way, but the answer didn't really solve my problem.
I want to demux all vobs from a given title set to ONE .m2v and ONE .ac3
    file respectively.
The previously recommended program vobedit lets me only demux one vob file at a time.

Anybody got a clue for me?

Vobedit has done it for me in the past. I opend the first vob file and then selected Demux. Thens check the "demux all video streams" and "all audio streams". Do not check the Split on new vob ID. As long as you selected the first vob in the title it should do all of them at once.

Another method I read about is using DVDDecrypter in IFO mode and enabling Stream processing to demux the video and Audio. You'll probably have to do a search for posts on this or maybe there is a guide.

    Hope this helps.

The way I do it is to rip the entire DVD with DVD Decrypter and use no file split in all the settings. Then when I have a 4.3 GB VOB (or whatever size)., I open it in TMPGEnc tools and use Simple De-Multiplex and it does this to one large M2V file and AC3 file.
