  1. Does anyone know of a way to capture streaming video such as Flash, from a web site and then convert to an avi?

    First save the flash .swf file to your hard drive. Then try this program. It's called SWISH. You can get it from http://www.swishzone.com/. The demo scrambles the movie output, so you have to get the full version. I love SWISH. It's really easy to use if you are trying to create some advanced text animations using Flash.

  3. If you want to convert flash to avi, I recommend you using Magic Swf2Avi(http://www.effectmatrix.com), which is the only tool that can convert with lossless audio.
