How do I capture closed caption positions (sometimes CC shifts its postion to correspond person's talking)?
Subtitle files (*.sub, *.srt, etc) doesn't store caption positions.

If you use VOBSUBRIP to capture the RAW CC file, then use VOBSUB2SCC to convert to a SCC file, then all of your position information will be present.
ICBM target coordinates:
26° 14' 10.16"N -- 80° 16' 0.91"W -
Thanks for the reply.
I checked into SCC2RAW program and realized that there is no VCD players (software and hardware) that could read Line 21 captions.
I wanted to convert 1 DVD movie into 2 SVCDs with line 21 CC. I liked the Line 21 CC's because it positions the captions to the corresponding talking person.
