I am new to the DVD burning thing. My goal is to put different parts of movies from DVD on one DVD.I have Copy to DVD Pro and it works great from copying the whole movie but I just want parts of the movies.I have done some reading here and I am kind of lost on were to start. What software do I need to do this.I have a Sony Rewritable Drive DRU-510A.Ihave 2 X 250 gb hard drives and a 3.2 ghz computer. The files that Copy to DVD Pro makes are.VOB,.BUP, .IFO.
    Thanks stinkfist

Why on earth would you want to do this?

  3. NeoDVD Plus will do what you want however it's a pretty basic program if you're looking to make fancy menus.

I would whenever my missus goes out, I put on the pod race in episode 1 or the shelby in gone in 60 seconds etc... really loud. Whenever she comes back the floor is littered with dvd's if I had done this I would only have one.

    Try DVDShrink.

Re-author then use the Start/End feature.

    This link : http://www.dvdshrink.info/re-author-advanced.php
Is not exactly what you want but it should help.

Shrink away - no compression obviously.
Store *.VOB's in a "clips" folder for later use with VOBEdit.
