Centrum Gemini 330 and Textfiles?

Hi!

Planing to buy a Gemini 330 and thinking of starting to save my new movies in DivX AVI with text before i even bought the player.

My question is to you how have tested this player and know how to save the text files. Should i save them with the same name like VobSub needs or does the player take whatever text file it can find?

The Centrum Gemini only reads subs in *.srt that have the same name as the .avi-file.
