    I am new to this board.
    Please help!
    I am trying to burn some music CD's and I have downloaded Nero Burning Rom version 5.5. It starts to work but I then get an error message which says Burn Process Fail. I am not sure why. The tech. support at Nero is awful. I really like Nero as it has a volume normalizer which I like. Please advise if there are any other great CD burning softwares on net which are free and easy to download.
