Ripping the music from a concert on dvd and putting it to cd

How do i go about doing this and with what tools plz

Quick and cheap:

1.) Rip the DVD

2.) Use DVD2AVI. Decode your dolby digital to wave file.

3.)Trash the other files after you get a good wav file and it plays nice.

4.) Split it with your MS Sound recorder if you want each song by itself. You may have to do this if the wav file is very big.

5.) Burn the wav files as cd audio.



I know that there tons of other tools to do this, but I have done the above and it gets it done.
