    Hi.

    i want to convert my mpg files to wmv files. i know Windows Media Encoder can do it. BUT when i tried to browser and select the source file (mpg), it just freeze, sometimes, it just close automatically. i have Windows Media Encode 9 series and using Windows 2000. i cant figure out how happen. i looked at the microsoft hp and searched around, but i still couldnt find an answer. does any1 know how to solve that? or where i can look for answer?

    pls help.

    Load it into Video Studio, and save it to a .wmv movie.

    Frameserve it with VDUB. WME 9 doesn't like MPEG2 streams. You can produce stunning (abeit wasted at 720x480) results with WMV.

    are you talkin about ulead video studio?

    the files i have are mpeg1, thats why i try to use WME9.
