    Well, i wanna convert avi to svcd adding permanent subtitles, so i found the converting topic: http://www.dvdrhelp.com/forum/userguides/128720.php but it doesnt help anymore because the new version of dvd2svcd doesnt have the plugin VOBSUB so i cant add the subtitle using the way it explains. Does anybody know any other way to add permanent subtitle by doing that? or somewhere where I can find the VOBSUB plugin to download?

    It should be part of VobSub 2.18. You did install that per the instructions right?
