Hello guys, sorry for my bad english, but I'm italian moving in Canada just 6 months ago...
I have already post my request in july in many different forum, and - btw - I keep checked all the messages.
Any further information about Lite-On IT LVD-2001 in Canada?
Anyone send it from USA to Canada?
I am looking for it. It's my only possibility to see italian movies (I've ripped my DVD in divx) and also I download other newest movies from my italian friends.
I've wrote to the sales manager at the Liteon office and the answer was the same that ohters guys have posted:

I'm astonish......Is it possible that "poor canadian" cannot have a divx player???????
I'm a lady, my job is about computer hardware, but I have big trouble to buy all here in NB.

Anyone have some suggestion for me???
I'm thinking to open a PC store here ....LOL

Well, I am also a "poor canadian" . I can't found LVD-2001 sold in Vancouver area either. So I drove to Seattle and grabbed one from PC-Club.

Seem that quite a few people in Canada like this player. Do I need to buy more from seattle and sell it on ebay.ca?
