    what program can i use to make avi to svcd "bin/cue".so i get better Q movie that play on my dvd player?

    An avi to a bin cue is not going to make better quality than just converting it to SVCD. Read some of these guides on converting with tmpgenc from avi, and if it is quality you are after keep your bitrate high.
