    I just bough te Apex AD-1700M in Canada. Simple player, but totally multistandard NTSC/PAL>>>> DVD and TV output. Even 110/220 volts. So far so good except that this Player is setup to REGION 1. Why advertise for multistandard and lock it on Region 1 (NTSC).

    Is any region free code available for this Player??
