Pal DVD to Ntsc DVD on the fly? or...

Hello everyone, was wondering if there is a way where you can just set it and wait till it does it's conversion and your done just reburn.. meaning with the .ifo files etc.. all intact just coverting from pal to ntsc and all you need to do is burn with your favorite program.. or if there is anything not as painful but easy..

well you know something like it
i know there is different ways of doing it but, is there a way of making it faster etc.. a sure way of getting the job done etc..

can this be done, demux the vob files then reconvert/mux to ntsc, then if that works how do you get the dvd the way it was with chapters intros etc..
someone has to know
