Any online shops that accept Money Orders?

Hi,

I want to start buying media online but I don't like to use my CC online (except paypal).

I know that it is secure, blah, blah, blah.

My question is whether there are any credible and cheap online media stores that accept money order for payment?

I understand your reluctance to use a CC online. However, you are putting yourself at risk in another way by using money orders.

If a vendor takes advantage of you on an order with a credit card, you can dispute the charges with the CC company. If your dispute is valid, you get your money back.

You have absolutely no recourse with a money order, other than suing the vendor. Unless the vendor is in the same state as you, suing would most probably be more expensive than the order itself.

As I'm reluctant to use my CC very often I'm using MO most of the time without any problems so far. Ask the company to inform you after they receive the MO or call them after a week or so. If the MO is lost you can always get your money back minus the charges for that.
To answer you question Meritline accepts MOs /I ordered from them already/. Usually most of the online shops accept MOs as well. Write them an email or just call them and ask.

I know Meritline does. It is how I bought ADS IDVD. and if you see a price you like at another vendor, just shoot them an email and ask if the do. And Shop4Tech even takes PayPal.

http://www.precisioncddvd.com accepts money orders. I believe most of the online vendors (at least in the USA) accept money orders along with many other forms of payment.
