  1. You can't and won't find the Hack on the official homepage
    http://www.dvdfab.com

It allows processing straight from the DVD so you don't need to rip it first with DVDDecrypter, etc.

DVDFAB (doesn't do transcoding) it's to either strip a main movie only two one dvd (if it'll fit) or split main movie over two DVD+Rs. Or it can "Copy Complete DVD" and split it over to two DVD+Rs like DVDXCopy or InterVideo DVDCopy does.

You can download the DVDFAB hack from here.

  2. This piece of software/freeware just keeps getting better. Who did the hack for it?

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

Not sure what went wrong, but the first DVD I tried worked fine (Scooby Doo), but on the second I got a Can't Open file(00001000) Error, now I get this error with any DVD I try to rip??

Any one else have this problem?

    Best Regards
    Amelia.

BTW: I think I will register this software, it really is good!!

    Hi Mr Bass,

    I found the problem.

For Scooby I set the output folder G:\Scooby\ and it worked

For the second movie I set it to G:\TheOne\ and I got the error

I set the out put folder back to G:\Scooby\ and it all works now. Looks like once you set the output folder you can't change it (only if you're ripping).

In any case I can live with this problem

Thanks MrBass, I will register later today.

    Best Regards
    Amelia
