power calibration error(to name but a few)

hi chaps.totally new to all this .i have encountered an error when trying to burn my dvd's onto disk.after encrypting the image using both shrink and dvd decrypter when i try to burn i get a power calibration error.i've tried different medium to burn with(expensive) but the same thing comes up.my burner works fine when i just do a straight copy.i'm using nero now after deleting pinnacle from my system.nero doesn't seem to recognise the file formats that the image ends up as after encryption either.aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrgh.any help would be appreciated.

Try a slower speed......btw, in the future try using a search engine youll have your answer in a moment, eg
