iuVCR error, program interface not visible./16 june: solved

I have tried several capture programs; and although virtualdub works okay, but sometimes it hangs.

Well, I wanted to try iuVCR, and after installing it it worked great. I was able to capture with different codecs with good result. Also with almost no dropped frames.
But when I logged in another time, I only got the messagebar on my screen and not the mainprogram interface. Also when I pressed spacebar I got the tv preview screen, but nothing else. (see picture)



So I uninstalled it, also cleaned the registry, and installed it again.
But stil the same problem.

Anyone else got htis problem, and solved it ?

A few people are using iuVCR.

So, does anyone have this problem too, or is it just me?

Yeah, it really is a shame that it doesn't work, because it looked like a very nice program. It probably is for whom it is working.

Hello all,

After sending an other e-mail to the author of iuVCR, he replied with:

"Unfortunately such problem does appear when non-standard
desktop theme is using. We work under solving this problem."

So guess what: I applied the standerd WinXP Pro theme, and the program interface worked again.
Fantastic isn't it.
