    Actaully, I can't find the information about this DVD+R in DVDInfo... but this media is made in Taiwan... would it be made by CMC?

    If you burn something on the media you should be able to read the manufacturer Id with DVDInfo (most DVD+R/RW writers at the moment doesn't support reading it from a blank disc). They're most likely have the "RICOHJPNR00" mfr ID but Ricoh has contracted Ritek to manufacture some of its media (hence the made in Taiwan).
    Maxell's 4x DVD+R media will be manufactured by Maxell.

    Thanks -jsl- It will be great if the Maxell media is made by Ritek instead of CMC in Taiwan...
