    I'm trying to rip the LPCM audio stream from a dvd concert. I tried several times using dvd decrypt and smartripper (with different settings) but all I get is a 1.7gb wav file of white noise.
    I have no trouble ripping the ac3 5.1 audio stream from the same dvd though.
    I'd appreciate any help.

    Here's what I do. Rip the disk using dvddecryptor. Load up the vobs in dvd2avi. Then use it to either demux all tracks or decode all tracks. This should give you the LPCM or decode the ac3 audio (which ever you prefer.)
