  1. being a trailer freak, i would like to download trailers from apple.com and burn them on a DVD-R. My problem is most of them play on my computer (stream) but how do i save them ???

    Ok. First go to the page were the movie plays. View the sorce of the page and look up the link to the file .mov. You can use find for a quick search. Copy the link and make a html document w/a link to your copied adress. Now you open your page w/the link right klick on it and save target as...

    And of course Quicktime pro (the one you pay for) generally lets you save the stream to the drive. It does have other uses of course.

    At least that is my experience.
