How do I copy/rip and burn a VCD movie?

Ok, I'm new to this whole VCD thing and I'd really like some help. I want to copy a VCD, but have no idea how. I only have a CD writer, so does this mean I have to copy all the data from a VCD into my HD and then copy all that back into a CD-R disc?

you need to get either "nero" or "ez cd creator". you can get a demo of nero at http://www.nero.com

if you want to make a copy of an existing VCD and you only have one drive, either program will automatically copy the data to the hard drive and then ask you to insert a blank cd-r.
