Extending Directv signal to other rooms?

Does anyone know if it's possible to extend directv service to other rooms of my house without getting more genie boxes from directv? I have one genie in my living room at the moment. But would like to have service in other rooms of the house.

You could always run a cable from one box to any TV in any room. But if you have two TV's and you and your friend(s) want to watch different shows on each TV, then you need a DirectTV box for each TV. IF using DISH then those boxes cost $7.00 per month. I have four Dish boxes and not happy with the cost of renting them. I suspect DirectTV boxes cost the same.
