  3. Which version of RemoveGrain did you use? http://avisynth.nl/index.php/RemoveGrain

If it's RemoveGrain v1.0b, you probably should use the files with SSE2 at the end of their file names.

If it's RemoveGrain v1.0pre, I'm pretty sure you also need RemoveGrainT v1.0pre. If you're using RemoveGrain v1.0pre and RemoveGrainT v1.0pre, you can use all the files with SSE2 at the end of their name, or the SSE3 versions should work fine. You'd end up with RepairSSE2.dll and RepairTSSE2.dll in the plugins folder, or RepairSSE3.dll and RepairTSSE3.dll in the plugins folder etc.
If you're using RemoveGrain v1.0pre and RemoveGrainT v1.0pre, you'll probably also need AvsRecursion. There's instruction as to where to put it on the page I linked to. You might also need msvcr71.dll in the same location.

Do you have Avisynth installed, or are you using the portable version (Avisynth+) supplied with MeGUI? If you're using the portable version (and it's possibly the most reliable version) I think it's still a good idea to install Avisynth. The recommended version is Avisynth 2.6 alpha 5. The plugins compatible with it are also generally compatible with Avisynth+. If you have Avisynth installed you can put all the plugins you use in the Avisynth plugins folder (not the MeGUI Avisynth plugins folder) and they'll auto-load when Avisynth runs. Even if you're using the portable Avisynth+, they'll still auto-load. That way, there's no need to manually load all the plugins in every script.
To auto-load SeeSaw, put SeeSaw.avs in the Avisynth plugins folder and change the extension to SeeSaw.avsi

Anyway, assuming you're using RemoveGrain v1.0pre and RemoveGrainT v1.0pre, you'll need the following in the Avisynth plugins folder. If you're using RemoveGrain v1.0b, there aren't any "T" versions and you won't need AvsRecursion.

    masktools2.dll
    RemoveGrainSSE2.dll
    RemoveGrainTSSE2.dll
    RepairSSE2.dll
    RepairTSSE2.dll
    RSharpenSSE2.dll
    RSharpenTSSE2.dll
    SeeSaw.avsi

I'm not 100% sure RSharpen is also required (maybe not, thinking about it), but it won't hurt to put them in the plugins folder anyway.
If you're using Avisynth+ or Avisynth 2.6 alpha 5, then you probably shouldn't use masktools2-25.dll
    http://avisynth.nl/index.php/MaskTools2

I'm pretty sure the RemoveGrain 1.x requires msvcr80.dll. You probably already have it, but if not: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26347
