Which codec?

Hi everyone

I wonder if anyone may help me answer the following question, what file format is the video on the following link (please press play) http://www.avid.com/US/avidtv and which codec has been used to archieve these results? I would like to encode a short clip with similar results but seem not to get in right, i am using Sorenson Squeeze and Adobe Media Encoder.

Your help or feedback will be much appreciated.

Thank you so much for your response and detailed info in regard the my codec question, i am just curiosity to know how you got these settings perhaps it might be of great help in the future. Wonderful, i will give it a short and will give some feedback on my results,

When I played the video it appeared in my tmp folder.
Then it disappeared when I closed the browser window.
