    I have a Sony EV-C3 8mm Videotape Recorder, and all of the tapes I try in it play super slow and has a ton of interference and has horrible audio.

    All the tapes?

    Then most likely it could be dirty or worn heads. Next most probable are tape path issues.

    Get the machine serviced.
