    Hi everyone

I need advice on this problem:

I have a hd video (720x567) with fps 25, 1.34Gb size and +- 6min duration. I want to resize and watermark this video to +- 600 width(keep aspect ratio), +- 40-100Mb size and preferably wmp format. This video will be used for webstreaming.

Which programs should I use, any tips or tutorials? Can anyone please help me?

    With kind regards

    Kevin

PS: sorry if i've posted this in the wrong forum

First, you don't have a HD video. 720 x 576 is standard definition. Windows Media Encoder is probably the best way to get a WMV (which is what I assume you mean by WMP format), however I don't believe there is a freeware way to watermark the video using this. You may therefore have to create an avisynth script first that will deinterlace the video, resize it, watermark it, then pass this to Windows Media Encoder to produce the final video.

    Thank you for the advice.
I have done some research and i've found that there are various plugins for resizing a video. So which do I use?
And what do you mean with deinterlacing the video?
On the other hand, I can't script, never done it before.
Can anyone help me with making a script? or give me a push in the right direction?

    Sorry for being a noob...
