    I have videos in 3GPP2 (.3g2) format from an old cell phone and it is not compatible with the new cell phone. All of the videos are under 200 KB. I need to convert the videos to MP4.

    What would be the best free software to do this?

    Try a ffmpeg frontend like WinFF, Super, Avanti, Format Factory.

    Five choices:

    1. QuickTime
    2. VLC
    3. Format Factory
    4. Handbrake
    5. Some 3g2/3gp converter like Faasoft's Video Converter.
